Opening Ceremony for our New School

Today was a very special day for St.Peters, as we were fortunate to welcome Bishop Thomas to celebrate Mass, to formally open our School with it's brand new wing. The mass was a wonderful celebration of the children's talents. It opened with a tremendous play showing the role of St. Peter in the early church. Children throughout the school were involved, all of whom read beautifully. It culminated in a beautiful dance by some of the members of the St.Peter's Dance Troupe. All of the visitors were then invited to a celebratory lunch and a guided tour of the rebuild. The children enjoyed an afternoon of fun and entertainment, with many classes enjoying parties. On Monday Group 2 went into the Porth Yr Ogof Cave system.Your intrepid children tackled The Letter box, Sarahs Passage,The Rat hole, The Zoom and Death ledge amongst other difficult challenges. More pictures from underground will appear on the Trewern Website soon.

After household chores etc Tuesday’s activities began and I was with Group 1. Emma, Sky, Ashreetha, Jennifer, Blessing, Esther,Macey, Racheal,Wesley, Humphrey, Shay and Michael.We went Canoeing down the River Wye. A beautiful river and a fantastic experience. (apart from having to share a boat with Emma and Sky!)

We are having a great time because your children are behaving so well and trying everything!............so far..........................

I miss you so much (not) just kidding. Today I went canoeing, and the assault course. It was really fun and a great experience. For canoeing we had to paddle it was hard and fun at the same time. We had liked a ‘WATER FIGHT’ and I got soaked a lot but it was worth it. For The Assault Course we had to go outside to do some rides. Also we done ‘NIGHT LINE’ and we had to get blind folded in this dark place and we could only get a clue by a blue rope and it was really fine ! See You In 3 Days

I miss u all so much. Today we went canoeing and we got super wet and we got had a competition of who could throw the pebble the longest. My most throwing of pebbles was 5 and we were all splashing eachother! After that we done a assault course, we had to climb ropes, had to balance on planks of wood and we also had to use a lot of teamwork to accomplish everything we was good. We played this game call (NIGHT LINE) we had to wear blind folds and hold a rope to get through to the finish line. We had to crawl on the floor but we wore wet suits for that and canoeing. I hope u miss me as much as I miss u or more! LOVE YOU ALL!!!

I MISS u all so much but at the same time I am having the time of my life on the 23 we went canoeing and we was doing it for bout 3 hour’s it was sooo cool and we had a water fight we was drenched and then we went on a assault course we had to climb under things I get hart and we went on a rope swing I went to high and soooo fast and I love my room it is sooo big I am at the top bunk and the people in my room they r sooo nice but I wonder how teddy is doing and we went on a night line we had blind folds on it was sooo dark and we was walking on top of thing I was sooo scared but it was only bottles of milks and then tm we are going in the caves I cant wait soooo I will c u all soon
