Miss Hay in Trewern

Hi all!
Well this is my 1st experience of Trewern and it has been fantastic so far. The weather has been traditionally welsh, but this hasn't made the slightest difference to the children. All the instructors and staff have been very welcoming. Yesterday Group 2 did the assault course and canoeing - paddling about 2 miles in total! Today we went caving - it was very wet but all the children excelled their own expectations and conquered lots of their fears.
I am very proud of all the children for their attitude to new challenges and their behaviour towards each other and adults, but particularly my group: Stuntman (Stiv), BFG (Danny), Loube Lou (Laurie), Smiler (Mollie), Jelly (Leroy), Magic (Marvin), Dippy (Adefela), DLF (Tomi), Pom-Pom (Georgia), Princess (Olivia) and Sheep (Seun). Looking forward to seeing you all soon.

Hi Miss Hay,

Lovely to see you are all enjoying yourselfs. How lucky are you to get the Smiler (Mollie) we tend to get the strops at home. The blog is great to see how you are all doing and I feel happy knowing that Mollie is having fun and is happy. The weather here has also been typically Welsh with lots of rain, and really cold. Molls how did you like the canoeing?? Not mummys cup of tea as you would already know. Going to get some Zzzzzz now, so carrying on having fun, and behaving, thinking of you sweetheart, love you loads and loads. Stay safe. Love Mummy XXX
